Return & Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  1. Customers must inspect and accept the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences or circumstances.

  3. If you have concerns about the quality of the product you received, you may request an exchange for a non-defective item within 14 days from the delivery date. You must keep the entire product, including all packaging materials, intact. However, we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the product’s arrival.

  • Any part of the product has been used.

  • The product has been altered or processed in any way from its original shipped condition.

  1. If we determine it is necessary to inspect the product, we may request you to return it. In such cases, you may send the item back to us via collect (cash on delivery).

  2. If we determine that the product is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective item, except in the following cases:

  • The condition of the product falls within our acceptable standards.

  • The damage or defect was caused by reasons not attributable to our company.

  1. If you do not wish to exchange the product after we have determined it is defective, we will issue a refund for the amount paid. We will bear any bank transfer fees incurred in the refund process.

  2. Our liability for damages or losses suffered by the customer shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages only. We shall not be held liable for any compensation or indemnification, regardless of the cause.
